December 8, 2006 by Falcon26pick a pokemon to go in the contest go to its summary and press the right arrow 4 times then it will show you what your attacks are then if all your attacks are cute get a pokeblock case then get same berrys that are sour then go to a berryblender and when it shows your berrys pick the berry that is sour and play the berryblender and you will get a pokeblock then press start and then press bag then click on pokeblock case then click on the pokeblock and give it to a pokemon then go and win a contest if you keep putting pokeblocks on the same pokemon that pokemon will get really good and it will be able to win.
